Susan has been in the editorial biz for her entire career. Starting out in book publishing as an editor at Little, Brown, she then spent several years working in financial services. At Fidelity, she was the founding editor of Worth. She spent a decade+ as the Creative Director at Putnam. And, most recently, she was the Editorial Director for Merrill Edge.
She’s loves being on the agency side, having spent five years at Hill, Holliday as a Content Strategist and she’s delighted to again be ensconced in agency life at Crackerjack. Having worked on every aspect of editorial from content strategy to creation, she’s adept at headlines, long-form content, and everything in between.
When not at Crackerjack, Susan can be found in NYC haunting museums, galleries, and art fairs. In addition to her print-buying addiction, she frequents thrift shops and consignment stores to bolster her collections of vintage kitchenware and semi-obscure Japanese clothing brands.
She has an MFA in Creative Writing from B.U. and an MBA from Simmons Graduate School of Management.
